Resort Tariff Packages
The Cottage has 3 rooms with attached bathrooms and a common hall. Each room can accommodate a max 4 pax. A minimum of 12 would be required to book the cottage.
Rio House
These are 4 deluxe rooms with attached bathrooms .
Wood House
The wood house can be looked upon as a star accommodation with exquisite luxury.
Tulip Houses (T 1-T2)
The T-Houses are luxurious with attached bathrooms and Each house can accommodate a max 15 pax.
One Day Picnic Packages
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to the booking date, your booking date can be deferred upto 3 months.
- If cancellation is made 36 hours prior to booking date, please don’t request for a REFUND.
- Remember this is not a luxury resort but a rustic farm. While we expect you to come just with a bag of plain clothing, please come with a prepared mind that you may not get a 5 STAR facility.
- Guests are expected to keep the place clean.
- Pool Timings are strictly from 8 am to 8pm.
- Lets not play loud party music that could inconvenience our neighbors.
- No smoking within the indoor and common areas.
- All breakages and damages will be billed.

- Check in – 11 am / check out –10:00 am ( For Overnight Stay)
Alternatively – Check in 5pm / Check out 4pm (For overnight Stay) - One Day Picnic – 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Valid ID of all guest to be shown on request.
- Cards / Cheque not accepted at the resort.
