I Truly loved the typical village setup with resort facilities at this place called Shahapur. This place is directly drivable from Mumbai - Thane on the Mumbai - Nashik Highway ahead to Titwala, then Khadavli and few km ahead of Vasind. This Titwala farmhouse with swimming pool is worth a visit. Oh Ya - Don't expect a 5 star facility there, but its a clean neat well maintained property. Modern day kids should see the village life. Appreciable work force is their forte.

The farm is perfect for one day picnikers around thane too. Lovely food. Great hospitality. They are still developing this huge property though. I liked this place.
